Save Data Location Mac OS

OS 10 and later  save data issues: 

Due to a change in file structure with  Sierra, users who bought the game from Good old games or Humble bundle may have an issue saving their game. Fortunately, the hot fix is pretty simple! 

1. Step one: Open Terminal and press enter after each of the following commands: 

E-Lines-MacBook-Pro:~ ELineSeattle$ mkdir ~/.config/

E-Lines-MacBook-Pro:~ ELineSeattle$ mkdir ~/.config/E_line\ Media

E-Lines-MacBook-Pro:~ ELineSeattle$ mkdir ~/.config/E_line\ Media/Never\ Alone

Done.

All you need to do now is launch the game!

To locate saved data onMac OSX (non-Steam build):

• Show hidden files and folders
  • Open terminal
  • type  defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES   and hit [Enter]
  • Hold down Alt and Right Click Finder to bring up menu
  • Click Relaunch at bottom of Menu

• All Finder windows will relaunch
• Go to Users\[your user on computer]\Library\Config\E_line Media\Never Alone
• Your save files will be here as 
  • cprofile.dat file

For Mac OSX (Steam version):

• Show hidden files and folders
  • Open terminal
  • type  defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles YES   and hit [Enter]
  • Hold down Alt and Right Click Finder to bring up menu
  • Click Relaunch at bottom of Menu

• All Finder windows will relaunch
• Go to Users\[your user on computer]\Library\Application Support\Steam\userdata\[steam account number]\295790\local
• ~/.config/E_line Media/Never Alone/cprofil.dat
• Copy the cprofile.dat file
