Why are my Cultural Insight videos not playing? (PC)

If you have sound but see a black screen when attempting to watch the Cultural Insight videos, you can update/re-install LAV filters and make sure they are associated with MP4 files.
They are included in the game folder and you can find them here on your machine:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NeverAlone\Codecs
If this folder is empty, please reinstall the game (by verifying your game cache in Steam) or install the most reversion yourself by following this link:
-https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters/releases
Run the .exe and restart your computer. The Cultural Insight videos should play correctly.
